As the Senior Administrator for The Fee Free Mortgage Broker and Alexander Southwell Mortgages, Tyler is quite honestly the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. In her four years with the team, she has become an absolutely essential part of our business. She is the first point of contact for many of our clients, the person chasing lenders and solicitors so you do not have to, and the quiet force making sure nothing ever slips through the cracks.

A background built around people

Before joining us, Tyler spent time working in customer service at RBS. That experience gave her a rock solid foundation in financial services and client communication. It is where she mastered the kind of patience, empathy, and professionalism required to handle complex, sensitive financial situations every single day.

After taking some valuable time out to focus on her family, Tyler joined our team four years ago and has never looked back. She handles the administration of our mortgage applications from the moment they are submitted right through to completion. She liaises directly with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents, keeping cases progressing efficiently and ensuring you are kept clearly informed at every single stage of the journey.

The next chapter: Training to become a broker

Tyler is currently training to qualify as a mortgage broker, a career progression that feels entirely natural to everyone who works with her.

Through her administration role, she already has four years of deep, practical experience working through real world cases. She understands lender criteria and application workflows inside out. When she qualifies, she will bring a level of practical, hands on knowledge to her broking role that simply cannot be taught in a classroom.

Outside of the office, Tyler is a devoted mum and wife who loves nothing more than spending quality time with her children and husband. She also has a well earned reputation for enjoying a great brunch with her friends on the weekend, and frankly, after keeping a busy mortgage brokerage running to the highest standard all week, nobody deserves it more.
